Vegan Guacamole

  • Mash the avocado in a bowl.

  • Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl. Stir together the avocado and lemon juice.
  • Add the spices. Taste it and adjust to your liking.

Mojito Mocktails

  • Put half of the fresh mint in the mortar and add the raw sugar. Use the pestle to combine.
  • Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Add agave and ice. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Enjoy!
