Vegan Guacamole

Mojito Mocktails

Fresh Mint

Raw Sugar

Instructions
Vegan Guacamole
Mash the avocado in a bowl.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl. Stir together the avocado and lemon juice.
Add the spices. Taste it and adjust to your liking.
Mojito Mocktails
Put half of the fresh mint in the mortar and add the raw sugar. Use the pestle to combine.
Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Add agave and ice. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Enjoy!
