  • Mix all the ingredients, whisk together until all the lumps are gone. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Heat the skillet on high, use oil or vegan butter for frying. Fry for about 1 1/2 minute per side.
  • Turn when the top side of the pancake is just getting dry.

For Serving

  • Enjoy with lots of fruits and berries. Our favorites are raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.
