Here’s the ingredients that we used for the Fresh Vegan Spring Rolls

Rice paper
Shredded carrots
Shredded cabbage
Rice noodles
Mint
Thai basil
Sprouts
Peanut sauce for dipping (vegan)

Yellow peppers
Eatable flowers
Tofu
Cucumber
Broccoli
Lettuce
Tomatoes

FRESH VEGAN SPRING ROLLS Vegan Curious Mom Vegan Love

Fresh Vegan Spring Rolls

These delicious, healthy and easy to make Fresh Vegan Spring Rolls will quickly become one of your favorites.

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Rice Paper
  • 1 Bag Shredded Carrots
  • 1` Bag Shredded Cabbage
  • 4 Packet Rice Noodles
  • 1 Packet Fresh Mint
  • 1 Packet Thai Basil
  • 1 Packet Fresh Sprouts
  • 1 Bottle Peanut Sauce

Instructions

  • Cook the Rice Noodles according to the instructions on the package
  • Soak the rice paper in warm water until soft
  • Add the ingredients in the middle of the rice paper
  • Roll up the rice paper

Notes

Stores well in the refrigerator with a wet paper towel on top for a day or two. Enjoy!
