Fresh Vegan Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 Packet Rice Paper
- 1 Bag Shredded Carrots
- 1` Bag Shredded Cabbage
- 4 Packet Rice Noodles
- 1 Packet Fresh Mint
- 1 Packet Thai Basil
- 1 Packet Fresh Sprouts
- 1 Bottle Peanut Sauce
Instructions
- Cook the Rice Noodles according to the instructions on the package
- Soak the rice paper in warm water until soft
- Add the ingredients in the middle of the rice paper
- Roll up the rice paper
