I made my first cooking video and it’s hilarious! I was so nervous and I must have looked really funny to my beagle audience just talking out into the void. Ha, ha! But I kept reminding myself about my intention to share how fun and tasty it is to be vegan.
The intention was never to be perfect. Ha, ha! So here we go. Mission complete!

Notes
So, what is smoked tempeh?
If you still have not tried the Tempeh, you may be among those wondering what is smoked tempeh.
Tempeh is a kind of flat fermented bread or cake made of Soybeans. It can be made by using only whole soybeans or mixing it up with other grains like barley or brown rice. Tempeh originates from Indonesia, but due to its health benefits, it has become more and more popular in the western parts of the world too. Soybeans are, as we know, full of proteins, vitamins, and minerals.
It does not have too much taste in it, so you can add the flavours as you prefer and it is pretty common to smoke the Tempeh.
