Had so much fun making these delicious Vegan Chocolate Covered Dates with Almond Butter treats with my sweet friend Elizabeth Keigher from Divine Breath Connection. I hope you’ll enjoy them as much as we did!

Discovering New Vegan Delights

One of the exciting aspects of being vegan is the constant exploration of unique and tasty recipes. Whether you’re a long-time vegan or just starting your plant-based journey, finding new and exciting treats is always an adventure. Vegan Chocolate Covered Dates with Almond Butter offer a perfect combination of flavors that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.

Simple Vegan Ingredients, Spectacular Taste

To make these delectable treats, you’ll need just a few simple ingredients: fresh Medjool dates, smooth almond butter, and vegan chocolate of your choice. The soft and sweet Medjool dates provide a natural caramel-like flavor, while the creamy almond butter adds a satisfying nuttiness. Finally, a generous coating of rich vegan chocolate takes these treats to a whole new level of indulgence.

Fun in the Kitchen

Preparing Vegan Chocolate Covered Dates with Almond Butter is not only delicious but also an enjoyable experience. Get your friends and family involved, making it a fun activity for everyone. Start by pitting the dates carefully and filling them with creamy almond butter. Then, dip each date in melted vegan chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let your creativity shine by adding toppings like crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or a sprinkle of sea salt. The possibilities are endless!

Sharing the Joy

The best part of creating these delightful treats is sharing them with your loved ones. Whether it’s a family gathering, a potluck, or a special occasion, Vegan Chocolate Covered Dates with Almond Butter make for a delightful surprise. Watch as your friends and family’s eyes light up when they take that first bite and experience the explosion of flavors. Not only will they be impressed by the taste, but they’ll also appreciate your thoughtfulness in providing a vegan option that satisfies everyone’s sweet tooth.

Huge shout-out to my sweet 13-year old daughter for editing all the silly videos that we made. I especially love that she kept all of our bloopers. Good times! Ha, ha!
