Where do I start?” She assured me that plants had all the protein and nutrients we need and sent me tons of recipes and tips. So nice! I felt so empowered to give it a try for myself. Also contacting Vegan Outreach to connect with a vegan mentor was the start of another great friendship. Meeting a local like-minded vegan family has been so fun and comforting, the kids absolutely love being with other vegan kids!
